La Planificación es uno de los pasos más importante si estamos buscando sostener en el tiempo los buenos hábitos y que nos acerquen a nuestros objetivos.
Muchas veces la falta de tiempo, la rutina del día a día, los improvistos, llegar cansada al final del día, son situaciones que generan dificultad para sostener buenos hábitos ya que estos, algunas veces, nos requieren un poco más de esfuerzo y tiempo. Pero si optamos por planificar nuestra semana de manera sencilla esto deja de ser un problema.
¿En qué consiste planificar la semana?
La planificación semanal se logra a través de pequeños cambios día a día, que no nos requieran grandes esfuerzos pero sí grandes beneficios, uno de los más importantes es que reduce la posibilidad de tentaciones, si tenemos las verduras ya lavadas y cortadas, donde sólo nos falta grillarla o si ya tenemos freezada la comida y solo falta calentarla, esto nos va a alejar de la posibilidad de elegir alimentos menos saludables que también nos llevan poco tiempo de preparación.
¿Cómo empiezo?
Lo primero es hacer una lista de alimentos que vamos a necesitar en la semana, esto nos ayudará a hacer una compra más efectiva y comprar sólo lo que necesitamos. Segundo, pero no lo menos importante, es la organización de la heladera y alacena, ya que la falta de organización hace que nos lleve más tiempo preparar las comidas, saber que alimentos están próximos a vencer y cuales están en falta.
Es bueno hacerse el hábito de, una vez realizada la compra de alimentos, lavemos las frutas y verduras, las cortemos, separemos en bolsitas o tuppers, y freezemos algunas de ellas. También separar las carnes en porciones y freezarlas. Cocinar en mayor cantidad para luego fraccionarla y también freezar.
Contar con las comidas freezadas y separadas por porción es una de las estrategias más acertadas a la hora de adquirir y sostener hábitos que nos acerquen a nuestro objetivo propuesto, comiendo con moderación y evitando abusar de excesos en las porciones y calidad de las comidas.
