- 1 kg Carne picada magra (peceto, bola de lomo, nalga)
- 2 Huevos
- 2 Zanahorias ralladas
- 2 Cebollas picadas
- 1 diente de ajo picado
- 1 cda Perejil picado
- c/n Condimentos a gusto (puede ser sal y pimienta)
